Condensation is a problem at this time of year and it can damage your room. It happens when warm air inside the room meets the cold windowpane and forms droplets of water. Re-using and recycling items means that less waste has to be buried in the ground in landfill sites, saving valuable resources by turning waste into new products! Due to being the ‘preferred, recommended and approved provider’ of student accommodation for the University of Huddersfield, our sites Ashenhurst Houses and Storthes Hall Park are subjected to regular audits by a representative of the Quality Services Department from the University. As we are the ‘preferred and recommended’ provider it is essential that the university carry out these audits to ensure that their students are well housed and looked after!
