When you check in to the Pinnacles next month you will no doubt want to get unpacking and socialising with your new flat mates straight away. However, it is important to make sure you remember to book a check in appointment with our Facilities team when you come to collect your keys. This appointment will involve a member of our team visiting your apartment a day or two after you have checked in to check your bedroom and communal area with you for already existing damage or maintenance issues. We can’t believe it is a year ago since we wrote the first Tramlines blog! Where has the year gone? For many of you we expect a large portion will have been spent in Leadmill, Plug and Corporation…!

Unbelievably it is that time of year again- university is almost over and that can mean only one thing- you lot are all checking out and moving home for the summer months (or graduating for some!).
