Free outdoor concerts return to Huddersfield!
Music lovers are in for a royal treat this June, with jubilee themed Concerts in the Park taking place in Huddersfield.

Should cigarette branding be banished?
Most people know that smoking can cause lung cancer, but it can also cause many other cancers and illnesses too. Smoking directly causes over 100,000 deaths in the UK each year and contributes too many more. However, that did not stop me from having a few drags behind the school sheds with my class mates… obvs because we were cool!! Although I smoked for many years after, I am pleased to say I am now a non smoker! According to government figures, more than 300,000 children under the age of 16 in England try smoking each year.
