Check-in Inspections @ The Pinnacles

When you check in to the Pinnacles next month you will no doubt want to get unpacking and socialising with your new flat mates straight away.  However, it is important to make sure you remember to book a check in appointment with our Facilities team when you come to collect your keys.  This appointment will involve a member of our team visiting your apartment a day or two after you have checked in to check your bedroom and communal area with you for already existing damage or maintenance issues. Advice for when you check in to your new home.

Just like renting any apartment, house or room it’s very important that before lugging in all your worldly possessions you give your new residence a once over. At DIGs we try our very hardest to note any existing knocks and bumps your room may have, but with 100s of apartments to check each term sometimes we can go a little buzz-eyed!
