Condensation – Top Tips:

Condensation is a problem at this time of year and it can damage your room. It happens when warm air inside the room meets the cold windowpane and forms droplets of water. From September 2012, all of our DIGS properties will have a whopping 12Mb fibre optic broadband connection as standard in every room (excludes ‘basic’ rooms at Ashenhurst Houses).

Following an increase in noise complaints of late, we have compiled this blog to give you some advice on how to deal with your noisy neighbours.

When living in a shared environment everyone has to take fellow residents into consideration when playing loud music / instruments and having parties etc. Obviously we can let the odd occasion go now and again because lets be honest, everyone is entitled to a bit of fun however when you’ve got a neighbour who makes a lot of noise it’s no joke, noise can intrude into every area of your life.
